Description
La Petite is a lovely self-catering home and shack situated in the quaint seaside town of Boknesstrand in the Eastern Cape of South Africa. The seaside town is a typical coastal community with a few year-round residents, a few small shops, and a large number of holiday homes. The beach and its lagoon, however, are the main attractions.
The house comprises 3 bedrooms and a bathroom fitted with a shower, a bath, a toilet and a basin. The first and second bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. The lounge features comfortable chairs, a dining table with ample seating and a TV.
The Shack consists of a 4x4m shack with a three-quarter bed. There is also a shower, washbasin and outside toilet. There is a fridge, microwave and 2-plate stove in the outside kitchen and braai area.
Families with kids who enjoy splashing around in the water will adore the lagoon. From the grassy banks, visitors can hire pedal boats similar to those in Ramsgate or sail up the Boknes River.
