La Rosa Dei Venti offers self-catering accommodation and is located on the beachfront in Bloubergstrand, Cape Town. This spacious holiday home offers lovely ocean views, and on clear days, views of Table Mountain across the bay.
This fully furnished double-storey property can accommodate up to 12 people, and comprises 1 main house with 7 air-conditioned bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 guest toilets, and an open-plan living area; and a studio apartment.
Five of the bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed; three of these bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom with a shower or a bath or both. The sixth and seventh bedrooms each contain a single bed, and have access to the fourth and fifth bathrooms that each contain a shower. Five of the bedrooms open onto a large deck overlooking the ocean. The small studio can sleep an additional 2 children on sleeper couches.
The fully equipped kitchen contains a gas hob, an oven, a fridge, a microwave, and a selection of utensils, crockery, cutlery, a Nespresso coffee machine, and other appliances for convenience. There is also a small kitchenette for breakfast preparations.
On the ground floor, there are 2 spacious lounge areas, both with air-conditioning and a fireplace to use in the colder months. The main dining table seats 12 persons, and the informal breakfast table seats 8. There are 2 guest toilets and a fully equipped utility room. The TV lounge has a 42-inch flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels and a Netflix app, as well as a surround-sound system throughout the ground floor.
The main living area leads out onto the entertainment sea-facing deck, which offers patio furniture, a built-in braai facility, and a heated splash pool with views of the Atlantic Ocean. Secure parking is available on-site.
