Laatlam93 is a spacious and luxurious double volume seafront holiday home with a breathtaking panorama overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The house is situated in Franskraal and 7.2 km from Gans Bay, 5 km from Klein Bay, and 50 km from Hermanus. Franskraal is famous for Southern Right whales and great white sharks.

Laatlam93 can accommodate 11 people and has 4 bedrooms. Three rooms have direct sea views while the fourth is a sunny north-facing room. Two of the rooms are en-suite, while the 2 others have a shared bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge, a chest freezer and a microwave. Two lounges with comfortable couches are available and there is an indoor braai and a portable braai. From a spacious open balcony on the top floor, with a couch and seating for 10 people, you can have the most beautiful views of the sea.

On the ground floor is a games area with a pool table that can also be used for table tennis. DStv channels, bedding and towels are included.
