Find another venue.

Overpriced - offering 2 small bedrooms and main en-suite is locked by the owner. Advertised as accommodating up to 6 people, definitely only a 4 sleeper. TV didn't work and ceiling fans were very noisy. Linen provided for the sleeper couch has massive stains. When I complained to the owner, I was told to go find a 7-star hotel. The owner did not answer their phone, and I had to contact the booking agent. I feel totally ripped off considering the accommodation offered and the rate charged. The sleeper couch in the passage is not acceptable as a sleeping arrangement for children.

The guest wanted 3 bedrooms and the advertisement clearly states 2 bedrooms. She should have read carefully. There is, in any event, a sleeper couch in the lounge.
The same guest has 23 complaints online against various entities. She seems to be looking for free accommodation. Please be careful with this guest.
The spare fitted sheet had a small mark. There was another one available.
The guest was well informed of our rate and only complained about it afterwards. She appears to be looking for a discount. There was never any such complaint.
