Vakansie saam met 2 kinders.

Lagoon Beach is nie wat ons verwag het nie. Dis redelik ver weg van al die Kaapse aktiwiteite. Loadshedding was vreeslik erg en ons het ietwat onveilig gevoel om in die gange na die eenheid te loop terwyl dit pikdonder is. Hallo Yolande, baie dankie dat jy die tyd geneem het om vir ons jou resensie te skryf, ons waardeer al jou terugvoer. Ons weet dat beurtkrag baie erg is, maar ongelukkig buite ons beheer. Ons sal dit egter onder die eiendoms bestuurders se aandag bring en ekstra beligting kry vir beurtkragtye. Ons probeer wel om soveel inligting oor die eiendom sowel as die ligging te verskaf sodat gaste soveel weet as wat hulle nodig het voordat hulle die regte vakansiewoonstel kies. Ons hoop verseker dat jy verder 'n heerlike vakansie gehad het en dat jou gesin die wonderlike dinge wat hierdie eenheid bied, geniet het.

Great dissapointment.

I confirmed my book-in time as 14h00 on 2 occasions. Book-in time was also 14h00 on booking form. Nobody there to assist me at 14h00. Phoned numerous people and only got keys at 15h15. Room was not prepared and balcony was dirty. White tiles were not cleaned and my feet were dirty and black within 10 minutes of walking around. I had to pay a taxi to fetch people at the airport as I was waiting for the keys and could not go to the airport. No compensation was offered.

Baie mooi uitsig, baie goed ingerig, baie veilig.
