House Rules

Parties, celebrations, or loud music are not permitted.
Guests are expected to comply with the Lagoonviews Body Corporate Building Regulations, which can be found in the House Manual in the apartment. These rules should be respected to avoid disturbances to neighbours.
Smoking is not permitted in the unit.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Only booked guests may stay in the apartment. Visitors are not permitted to sleep over. Violation of this rule will result in the immediate removal of guests without a refund.
Only use briquettes in the built-in braai, and guests are responsible for replacing them.
Any breakages should be reported to the hosts.
Should any behaviour or damages, such as smoking that requires steam cleaning, result in extra expenses for the hosts, guests will be held liable for these costs.
Guests should ensure they check out at the correct time. Check-in is after 15:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM.
Loss of keys will result in a charge per key, for the remote, and for the security disc.
If guests use the appliances, they should consult the manuals provided to ensure they know how to operate them.
Children are not allowed to play in the corridors and lift areas.
Under no circumstances will parking in any other parking bays or common property be allowed.
A cot and high chair are provided.
The apartment is equipped with an inverter.
