The rooms open up onto the lawn with lovely sea views over False Bay. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath and a heated towel rail. This room has a gas fireplace, air conditioning and a private entrance and a patio with garden furniture. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, mini bar and tea- and coffee-making facilities. All rights of admission reserved, maximum 6 persons per self-catering lodge and 2 persons per B&B room – no outside guests allowed without prior arrangement.
If guests book at the same time, 2 lodges or 3 rooms as one group, an additional 10% is charged for the stay.
ID documents are required before arrival.
No shoots, parties, or functions are to be held without prior notice.
Please respect the wildlife.
Music and loud noise are not allowed after 21:00.
No fires are to be lit in any location without the express knowledge of the management. There are Weber braai's at the self-catering lodges and at the guesthouse, and there are 3 rooms with gas braai facilities. Please ensure all fires are fully extinguished following the braai.
Smoking indoors is prohibited. Please smoke in designated smoking areas.
If the key is not returned on departure, replacement costs will be charged.
Both of the self-catering lodges have a private hot tub which is only for the use of the guest occupying this accommodation. Due to the fact that this location is a highly flammable area, please note that the hosts do not allow any fire including hot tub fire, if the wind is above or forecasted to be above 25km p/h. When the wind conditions are right, please monitor the wood fire continually as the property is in the mountains and sudden weather changes occur regularly, and sparks can cause major fires.
Please note that guests are not charged for wood used at the private hot tubs.
The guesthouse has solar power and a generator in the case of load shedding.
Breakfast is included in the guesthouse rates.
