Larch House is situated just up the road from Hermanus' Blue Flag Beach, Grotto Beach. The house is architecturally designed and larch-wood cladded, and offers comfortable and contemporary accommodation.

The house comprises 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 guests. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed, a separate walk-in dressing room, seating, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan.

The house includes an open-plan kitchen and dining area, and a living room with a fireplace, a Smart TV, a Bose stereo and a DVD player. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a gas hob and electric oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The kitchen features a breakfast counter with bar stools, as well as a dishwasher and basic cleaning materials. The laundry is equipped with a commercial-sized washing machine and tumble dryer.
