Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R950 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
A once-off and fully refundable breakage deposit will be charged on each confirmed booking and will be refunded 5 days after the check-out date when the key is returned.
Minimum 2 people are required per booking.
Please note that only the number of guests paid for and indicated upon confirmation of the booking is allowed.
There are strict noise policies in Marloth Park and guests must respect the rest of the area and animals during their stay.
No pets are allowed.
No smoking in house.
Noise and breakage deposit is to be paid before check-in and will be returned within 5 days after the check out date, if everything is in place.
Each of the units' air conditioning is connected to a prepaid meter. The owner provides only R 50.00 worth of units. Only the air conditioning makes use of this power.
