Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
-No parties or loud music are allowed.
-Bookings are not accepted for adult groups.
-No day visitors permitted.
-Pool access requires prior arrangement.
-Tenant responsible must be 25 or older.
-Non-compliance may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
-All fees must be paid before occupying (cash, EFT, bank deposit).
-Deposit payment or booking confirms acceptance of terms.
-Failure to cancel 30 days before due date incurs full rental fee.
-No pets or smoking inside.
-Tenant takes responsibility for party actions, agreeing to property rules.
-Check-out by 10 AM, check-in after 2 PM unless arranged.
-Early arrivals or late departures allowed on Sundays/holidays by prior arrangement.
-Tenants to leave the unit clean; daily services for an extra fee (except Sundays, public holidays).
-Owner not liable for losses, injury, or inconveniences during the visit.
-Refundable breakage deposit refunded within 10 days of departure upon bank details sent by the guest.
