House Rules
Guests will be required, after booking, to sign a rental agreement which will be sent by email, within 48 hours of being requested to do so.
You will be required to show valid ID in the form of a Driver's licence/ID/Passport to the guards at the security gate, which must correspond with the name provided in the booking, to gain access to the complex.
Outstanding balances (if any) of the full invoiced amount must be settled 7 - 30 days prior to arrival by using theTravelGround payment system, according to terms laid out in the rental agreement.
