House Rules
There is an alarm system in the house, as well as a panic remote for safety. Air-conditioning is available in the main part of the house, not in the bedrooms, and is for the guests own account if they choose to make use of the air-conditioning. Guests are liable for the cost for the pre-paid air-conditioning.

Please bring own swimming towels + Bath Towels.
Ceiling fans in dining room and lounge area, the 2 Bedrooms downstairs and the upper room.
Braai area available please provide own braai material (charcoal/fire lighters) No wood please.
Braai area will not be cleaned daily.
Linen is provided.

There is a TV with Openview - and No DStv, radio or Internet/Wi-Fi.
The house is not cleaned daily during your stay - only on request in advance at R450.00 per day.
If house is left unclean, R 450.00 will be deducted from the deposit - no pots, pans or any dishes.
A minimum stay period of 2 nights and PEAK SEASON 5 - 7 Days applies. Long weekends are charged at Peak Season rates.
No smoking in house (If any person ignores the smoking rule, the deposit will be forfeited.
Only 2 black bags will be provided and garbage must be dropped at Gate 1 or Gate 2.
Only 1 toilet roll per toilet will be provided.
Marloth Park is not a playground, it is a conservation area.
When you rent the house, please take notice of the speed limit: 50 km tar road.
Reduce noise as much as possible like music or shouting.
