I felt like I was home away from home. I had my privacy.

The room was wheelchair friendly, neat and accessible. My stay there was very pleasant, and I would appreciate being booked in the same room the next time I visit. One thing to adjust is to bring down the kettle from the top of the fridge to a reachable counter. I could not have tea or coffee in the room as a result. Thanks.

Baoe slegte ondervinding. Die bestuurder was vriendelik maar gaste het geraas en rumoer tot laat nag en hy het net die probleem opgelos nie ons het dus middernag maar opgepak en ander plek gaan soek.

From the time we arrived, Bright, the manager, was warm, welcoming and friendly. It was my 60th birthday, and in the morning, management woke me up with a birthday song and champagne, an unexpected, beautiful surprise. When we went to the Hartes dam, he arranged with the owner to take us back to the guest house as we were running late for the massage. Bright (manager) also arranged for my massage to be a house call, which was just fantastic. The Samu SamNols Day Spa staff were amazing all the way.

The place was decent for guest house, however there was problem with water

I couldn't bath Saturday night and their DSTV was not functioning and feel they should at least compensate us with at least free breakfast. Whilst can not totally blame them for the water issue, it seems their DSTV was not paid. For the amount of money paid per night, I expect that minimum TV service. The staff were generally friendly and they helped us to go to the other place on the other side of the valley for bathing.

My stay was wonderful and the assistant was very friendly and welcoming. My only disappointment was the breakfast was not available.

We booked the place knowing they provide breakfast, but to our surprise, we didn't get any breakfast. We had to go out for breakfast, there on the website they said they provide breakfast.

It was horrible, no breakfast but payment included breakfast.

The is false marketing of bed and breakfast hence there is no breakfast that was served. I need a refund of what was supposed to be breakfast. I stayed at the gate longer with no one opening the gate.

The lady who was assisting us with our booking just left us at reception without telling us that she's knocking off. No customer service.

Dadelik op my naam gegroet, aankoms was 'n sukses.

My aankoms was goed verwelkom en het my laat vroeër inboek aangesien ek van ver af kom. Op my vooraf bespreking was dit gestipuleer dat ek 'n swembad-uitsigkamer sou kry wat op die einde nie so was nie. DStv was daar, maar nie gewerk nie. WiFi is besikibaar, maar word nie aan jou beskikbaar gestel nie. Ek het vooraf gevra wat is die laatste wat ek kon terug kom van die troue af (wat die laatste is wat hulle die hek nog kan oop maak) daar was gesê enige tyd. Op die ou end moes ek voor die hek staan en wag to voor sewe voordat iemand die hek kon oop maak (in my kar voor die hek geslaap), het die hoeter maklik 6 keer gedruk, 25 keer landlyn gebel en 10 persoonlike nommer gebel en niks gebeer.

Vriendelik, skoon.

Een van die dames was baie vriendelik en behulpsaam. Die plek was skoon. Geen koffie in die kamer, geen seep, geen drinkwater, geen melk, geen ketel. Ons het maar ons eie koffie, melk en water gaan koop. Ek het ook nie die kamers gekry wat ek bespreek het nie. Die plek het bietjie instandhouding nodig. Wat ek wel kan sê is dat die een dame ongelooflik tegemoetkomend was en uit haar pad gegaan het om nog komberse te kry en ons laat te laat uitteken. Ek was baie dankbaar daarvoor.

My stay was very bad, there was noise throughout the night and in the morning at 06:00 people were banging doors. The service was bad.

All the things on their website are lies, the DStv was not working properly, there was no water for us as guests to take a bath, even worse they didn't have plan B for water, bad service at its best. It's just expensive for nothing.

I'm going to book again.

Bed bugs and uncomfortable beds.

I was bitten by bedbugs, the bruises I have on my body are really disturbing. The beds are in a terrible condition, I could literally hear the next person turning sides. Shylet is amazing, I feel she's the one person who keeps the place alive.

The owner was extremely accommodating, to the point of even going out and buying airconditioning units because of the hot weather at the time.

The place is very neat, warm service. We felt like we were at home, we were treated like family not guests. I can recommend anyone I know to visit the place.

If you want a peace of mind, not a place to go.

Not a suitable place to go with your partner when you need quietness, there was a group of friends boys and girls making loud noise by the pool and at night in the house. Did not enjoy my stay, though the staff was very friendly.

We enjoyed ourselves. Place is clean and we are planning to visit Lesego again.

What a fantastic warm welcome by Lesego. Great company we had with her husband who also took us on a site visit and arranged a boat cruise for everyone that stayed at their place. Thank you very and looking forward to visiting again. Please try and have a different menu for the warm breakfast as well.

Was excellent and we enjoyed our stay at Lesego Holiday Home! The staff, reception and room was really nice. We did the Om die dam race and we where 1.3 km from the start so we didn't have any problems with traffic. Thanks you Lesego we'll see you again next year!

Ons is ontvang deur goeie diens en vriendlikheid. Ons kamer was ruim, netjies en skoon. Ons het baie lekker gebly en die diens was opreg warm. Sal enige tyd weer terug gaan

Hostess very welcoming, house needs some TLC

The hostess was very welcoming and very friendly, the house is nice with a lot of room. There are, however, a few things that require attention, for example repairs. All an all adequate, but I do think the H&S regulations need to be updated.
