Very pleasant cottage in a delightful village.

Delightful cottage with stunning views from the kitchen window. Everything was very comfortable. The couch outside was not usable, but as the weather was not the best, this did not cause us a problem.

We will definitely be visiting again as it's so central.

The bedrooms were beautifully presented. The living area and kitchen had everything we needed. The entertainment area in the back was absolutely perfect with nice soft lighting, a good braai, and lounge chairs. The little splash pool was a godsend, especially with the heat. We felt secure the whole time we were there. Well done to all.

Heerlike kuier. Die kaggel was 'n heerlike verrassing, dit was nuut en ons het dit nie verwag nie. Die naweek was lekker tenspyte van die erge vloed. Baie huise teen die rivier het oorstroom en mense moes ontruim, paaie het toegemaak. Ons het die huis steeds baie geniet. Ons was baie beïndruk met die eienaar wat ons verniet laat langer bly het toe die paaie toe was en ons nie huistoe kon gaan nie. Ons het dit baie waardeer.

Die huis was heerlik gesellig en gerieflik met soveel karakter. Ek sou maklik daar kon bly vir 'n hele week of langer. Ons sal beslis weer gaan.

Great visit. The fireplace was a lovely surprise, it was new and we didn't expect it. The weekend was nice despite the severe flood. Many houses along the river were flooded and people had to evacuate, roads were closed. We still enjoyed the house very much. We were very impressed with the owner who let us stay longer for free when the roads were closed and we couldn't go home. We really appreciated it.

The house was wonderfully cozy and comfortable with so much character. I could easily stay there for a whole week or more. We will definitely go again.

We loved the outside entertainment area and the flow from the kitchen to the outside. Both the manager and the owners were good and fast at communicating when we needed anything.

It was an easy walk to the river and we enjoyed all the bird life. This home has 3 bedrooms and large entertainment areas. We stayed with our family and friends and because there were a few of us, we would have liked to have a dishwasher available to use. Otherwise, the house was lovely and well-situated.

Hi Kristina, thank you for your kind words, this is such a special place to relax and bond with family and friends. We do in fact have a dishwasher and a washing machine as well. It is located in the laundry room just outside the kitchen door. I'm so sorry you didn't realise it was there.
