Description
Limoncello is a character-filled self-catering heritage cottage that was one of the very first dwellings in Stanford. The cottage has been given a modern restoration while maintaining its original authenticity and creating a peaceful haven for a gorgeous getaway. The cottage boasts consciously curated vintage pieces, a closed-combustion fireplace and a stoep with a lemon tree that offers a perfect sunset spot overlooking the mountains.
Limoncello can accommodate up to 6 guests and contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, lounge and dining area. Each bedroom contains a double bed. The first bathroom contains a shower, and the second bathroom contains a Victorian bath.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, and a microwave, as well as a dining table and bench. The dining room contains a 4-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge offers comfortable seating. The cottage opens to a large sun-drenched courtyard and braai area, making it an entertainer's dream. There is also an inverter that keeps the Wi-Fi on during loadshedding.
Guests can enjoy a dip in the river just 5 minutes away.
