Thank you for your review Grietjie, we do our utmost to keep our guests satisfied.
There are a few points that you mention in your review that I would like to address:
Regarding the bad air-conditioning, there is no air conditioner in the unit, however, a fan is supplied for guests.
Had the TV not been working, you were more than welcome to contact the Facilities Manager who lives on the property and he would gladly have sorted out the problem for you.
Before you checked in I did call you to inform that the guest from the previous evening had unfortunately broken the glass sliding door to the bathroom, which we could not fix in time for your arrival, and asked if you were alright regarding the problem and you said that it was only your husband and yourself and that it would not be a problem.
