Description

Linden Terrace 6 is a self-catering penthouse with views over the Ramsgate Blue Flag main beach and the tidal pool. This area is great for lots of family fun and there is a lagoon which has canoes and pedal boats for hire.

The penthouse can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 children, and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a shower-over-bath, a toilet and a washbasin. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine. The dining area contains a round 8-seater dining table and chairs, and there is also a breakfast bar with 4 stools. The lounge contains a cane lounge suite and a double sleeper couch, and a flat-screen TV with a DStv connection, should you wish to bring your own decoder and smart card.

The lounge and all the bedrooms have sliding doors opening to a large balcony which has an enclosed section for windy days that contains an 8-seater plastic table and chairs and a kettle braai. This is the ideal spot to enjoy watching whales and dolphins swimming past. An automated single garage is provided.
