Little Arniston in Kaysers Beach is a charming and cosy self-catering cottage ideal for family holiday situated in Kaysers Beach and is approximately a 5 minute walk from pristine beaches and rock pools. The cottage is located about 20 minutes from East London airport and 40 minutes from East London Malls and shops. There is a convenience store at Kaysers Beach for daily necessities and OK Foods in Kidds Beach is only a 15 minute drive from Kaysers Beach.
The cottage can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children, and comprises 2 bedrooms, a ‘rumpus room’ that can double up as a third bedroom, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.
The first bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains a double bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The rumpus room is located off the lounge, and is ideal for children. The room contains 2 stack beds, and a separate toilet and handbasin.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a small fridge-freezer and an additional chest freezer, an undercounter oven and hob, a dishwasher and a microwave. There is an automatic washing machine in the second bathroom. The cosy living area contains TV with a selection of DStv channels and a fireplace. Wi-Fi is available.
The cottage has a lovely outdoor courtyard patio with a portable braai and weber kettle braai, which is ideal for all-weather entertaining and is partly covered. Plenty of on-site safe parking is available.
