Would have been fine but check in could only be after 3pm as it still wasn't clean.

The owner sent a message to me early the day after checkout to complain that we left the house in a dirty condition. If they want customers to clean the site perhaps they should reduce the rand value as there are far better places to stay for the same rand value.
