House Rules
No smoking is allowed.
The guest is required to sign a liability waiver that was sent along with the booking confirmation email. The host recommends at least 1 domestic cleaner per 6 guests each day due to the size of the home, and the service can be arranged with the host for an additional charge. Hanging any washing on the front patio of the top or middle floor is strictly prohibited. The area is designated as a quiet zone, and no noise should be made between 22:00 and 06:00. The estate management may impose a fine for any noise disturbance, which will be collected through the booking channel or in cash. The guest's reservation is confirmed with the understanding that a minimum of 2 guests will occupy one bedroom unless a separate arrangement is agreed upon. The guest is requested to lock all doors and set the alarm when leaving the property during the day.
