The owner resides on the same property but the rest of the house is completely communal and available for guests to use and this includes a kitchen, dining area and a lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-plate stove and a mini-oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities.

Leading from the kitchen is a 6-seater dining table where guests can enjoy their meals. The lounge has comfortable seating and a TV with selected DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

Outside, there is a lovely covered patio with outdoor seating and braai facilities. Guests are afforded secure parking on the premises. The location of the house is within 800 m to the beach.
