Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
A self-contained cottage is available to accommodate additional guests by prior arrangement and at an additional cost.
The owner cannot be held responsible for the following;
1. Any injuries.
2. Theft of any personal property. Safes are provided to store weapons, mobile phones, wallets etc.
3. Damage to any personal property.
4. The pool is used at your own risk and no young children may be allowed at the pool without adult supervision.
5. Any damage to the owner's property must be reported to the owner immediately and repaired as soon as possible.
6. Loss of keys must be reported so that a replacement can be arranged and the tenant will be liable for the costs.
7. The tenant must at all times ensure that all gates to the property are always closed and/or locked where locks are provided.
8. There is a storage room from the garage in the house which is locked and is only used by the owner.
9. Tenants are requested to please smoke outside the house.
10. There are small game goats that move in the front garden. Tenants are requested not to disturb or feed them.
