Description
Lourie Bush Retreat is a beautiful self-catering holiday home located on the southern border of the Kruger National Park in the heart of Marloth Park and allows guests to enjoy frequent visits from warthogs, kudus, impalas, zebras, ostriches and giraffes or guests can listen to the lions, hyenas and hippos while the campfire burns in the boma.
This home can comfortably accommodate a family of 4 adults and 2 children and comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms. Both bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed as well as an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The air-conditioned open-plan main living area features a kitchen that is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with a TV with a full selection of DStv channels, comfortable seating and a sleeper couch suitable for 2 children. Access to free Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit.
Outside the unit is a covered patio, a boma with braai facilities as well as a lovely swimming pool where guests can cool off on those hot summer days. Guests can also enjoy an early morning stroll along the Crocodile River with all the excitement of lurking in the riverbed or visit the Kruger National Park which is a mere 20 km from the home.
