Property was in shocking condition for the money paid to rent it.

The general state of the property was really shoddy and definitely was not worth the money paid. Given what we paid for a week to rent this apartment, it suggests it’s a R100k per month apartment. To be frank, it’s not a R25K per month apartment in my opinion. You cannot charge that sort of rental and have the property being that poor. For that sort of money a person expects a first class experience and property, sadly this property was anything but first class.

Thank you for your review but please be advised that you cannot compare rates for a short stay during peak holiday season to rates for a long term lease. Your rate was R3 387.00 per day in peak December season for a 3-bedroom flat with spectacular views, right on a Blue Flag beach. We believe that is good value for money. We normally get very good reviews for this flat.
