Luneburgh Cottages
Description
The open-plan cottage comprises a bedroom area with a queen-size bed and quality linen, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath towels. The open-plan kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Tea, coffee and sugar is provided on arrival. The lounge area is furnished with comfortable couches and a TV. Free Wi-Fi and Netflix is provided for entertainment. The cottage leads onto a courtyard with a garden. Secure parking is provided for guests, and guests are required to park in their designated parking area.

House Rules
The laundry fee will be excluded from the price, if you would like to have your laundry done, Luneburgh will cater to your needs.
Clean bath towels are provided, please place towels in the laundry basket on departure.
Kitchen - please switch off all appliances when finished or leaving the cottage.
Basic necessary items are provided to make a quick and easy meal.
Guests can also order a meal from a wide selection of restaurants.
Lüneburgh also provides home-cooked meals at a price.
Living Room - all remotes for the TV's should be left in the cottage.
Security and Doors:
There is state of the art security for your safety.
Please make sure the main gate is closed.
Please use the guest entrance, a key for your room will be provided.
Please make sure your doors are locked.
All car doors are to be locked at night.
The guest house is not liable for any stolen items.
There is a wall-mounted safe for valuables.
Smoking:
Please refrain from smoking indoors this may incur a penalty.
There are designated areas outdoors for this activity.
Trash/Recycling:
Trash will be removed from the unit every second day by our staff.
