Luxury Family Villa is a beautiful spacious holiday home designed to facilitate comfortable gatherings for cooking, dining, and relaxing. It is situated within a unique, eco-friendly gated community estate, that coincides harmoniously with wildlife and nature.
This house has a sleeping capacity of 8 guests and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms. The main bedroom is air-conditioned and is furnished with a queen-size bed and has a bathroom fitted with a corner bath, a walk-in shower, his and her basin and a toilet. It walks out onto the balcony that offers views over the estate. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has a bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The third bedroom has 2 single beds with a bathroom that has a shower, bath, basin, and toilet while the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. There is also a guest's toilet. All linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic crockery, and cutlery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area has comfy couches with a TV and features a 6-seater dining table with chairs.
Guests have access to the sparkling swimming pool, secure parking, and Wi-Fi on the premises. This property has high security and visible direct access to the beach from the estate.
