Ma belle's Place Sleeper 2 is a couples flatlet which can accommodate up to 2 people. It is perfect for a quick getaway or a comfortable stayover for travelling. It is fitted with a queen-size bed, shower and toilet. The unit is equipped with a two-plate gas stove for load-shedding purposes. The property is within a close radius of restaurants and take-away facilities and 500 m away from the beach.

Toddlers are welcome, but please ask that no jumping on the beds allowed and ornaments put away. Please respect our home.
We do have a camp cot on site, however for hygiene purposes, please bring a baby pillow and own bedding.
Please ensure dishes are clean, dried and packed away. Damage or breakages to be advised before vacating.
Parking inside is available for 1 standard vehicle only. Unfortunately, SUVs and bakkies need to park on street for Sleeper 2 unit.
It is a compact lock up and go self-catering flatlet, not a BnB room, so unfortunately no breakfast option available and no 24hr reception desk.
Guests should bring own food items, clothing, toiletries and beach towels.
Cleaners can be arranged for long stays, as well as fresh towels and linen are provided every 7 days. A 50% refundable cleaning fee will be charged for long stays.
There are pets on site on owner's side of property.
No day visitors or friends staying over are allowed on property.

Description
Ma belle's Place Sleeper 4 is a 1 bedroom compact lock-up-and-go self-catering plan holiday garden flatlet attached to the owner's entertainment area at the back of the property. Accommodation is suited to accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults maximum, as space is restricted and sleeping areas are the main focus. The unit comes equipped with a queen-size bed in the main room and a double bed in the lounge area that is suitable for children or adults, which also has their own wardrobe and privacy curtain. The bathroom comes fitted with a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a wash basin. Good quality linen and bath towels are provided. The kitchenette is equipped for self-catering and contains a gas stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a washing machine for guests staying 3 days and longer, an ironing board and iron, with washing lines outside. The unit has a TV that is linked to YouTube, Showmax, and Netflix. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided. DStv can be logged into using guest's own account. Outside is a small patio with braai facilities and seating, camped off by a wall from the main garden. If possible, parking can be pre-arranged for 1 vehicle in a secure locked area. Additional parking is available in the street, There are pets on-site but kept best possible away from the flatlet by a gate and precast walling.
