This unit is self-contained and features 3 en-suite rooms. The guesthouse is completely separate from the main building. The first room is furnished with a queen bed, double-volume cupboards, a wall heater, a small library, and extra blankets. The room has an open-plan bathroom that is fitted with a bathtub, shower, and basin. There is a separate enclosed toilet with an extractor fan. The room boasts views of the pool and main garden and is equipped with an HD TV. The second suite is furnished with a queen bed, has a wall heater, and features an open-plan bathroom that is fitted with a shower. From the big glass shower, there is a private exit door with a lovely view that opens onto the pool and garden. The room is equipped with an HD TV, built-in cupboards, and comes with extra blankets. The adjoining private en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, basin and toilet. The suite also boasts views of the pool. This family room can accommodate 4 guests. The suite is furnished with a double bed and a queen size sofa bed. There is a screen divider that separates the double bed and the sofa bed. The suite has a small en-suite shower and toilet. Guests that make use of the guesthouse share the self-catering kitchen that is available for all guests, it is equipped with a washing machine and a fridge. The guesthouse garden is a common area that is available for all guests. The sliding door from the Suite 3 lounge room opens onto the private patio.

Sorry strictly no matric parties allowed. Any function event please contact guesthouse first.
Pls help save water & electricity pls 🙏 put away any clean towel’s sheets bedding in closet if not used.
Strictly NO vaping, buhbbly, smoking inside of guesthouse. Only in the outside areas.
Only braai in the 2 designated spots. No braais or fires allowed on the grass pls.
There are outside bins everywhere. Pls empty the bins & carry ALL yr rubbish, nearly tied in plastic bags, to the bins at the bottom of the panhandle driveway.
On checkout pls cover the terrace furniture with the couch covers in the storage boxes. Pls put your private garden couch seats & cushions inside the Guesthouse.
There are 2 fridges. One inside the Guesthouse A and the other is on the Terrace in Guesthouse B(with the fridge side clear for you and 2 shelves in the freezer for you).
Pls help save water 💧& electricity. Turn lights off after use. Turn off terrace and patio lights.
Tennis 🎾 court floodlights for night time tennis available for a fee.
Pls keep driveway gates closed at all times for security.
Pls protect the wood furniture use coasters & ashtrays at all times.
The wifi password is on the extender on the microwave. DO NOT move the wifi extender or put water or any liquids near it.
Pls DO NOT throw cigarette butts in the pool or garden. Pls use ashtrays or bins.
Pls don't forget to lock up when sleeping. The lounge [Suite 3] toilet has 2 doors one inside and 1 leading outside. Lock the outside door. Pls lock the aluminium door in Suite 2 leading out to the pool.
No glitter, confetti, photography smoke etc 🎊 is allowed as it damages the pool gardens furniture & environment
If it rains pls push patio furniture inwards away from rain. Pls cover the couches & cushions with the couch covers in the storage boxes on the patio.
Please place all tennis & sporting gear safely back in the sporting storage box on patio.

Description
Guesthouse B sleeps 6. Groups will go to House A first and then B is used for larger groups. This is a second separate building next to the guesthouse. It contains suites 4, 5 and 6, a second kitchen and entertainment terrace. There is a TV with Netflix in the reception area. Suite 4 is a smaller bedroom with a queen bed, cupboard, wall heater and bookshelf library. The bathroom is opposite it in the passage and has a shower, bathtub with a hand shower and toilet. The bathroom is shared with Suite 6 next door. It has a view of the garden and a side view of the tennis court. Suite 5 is the large main bedroom with a queen bed, mini bookshelf library, plush rug, cupboard, extra blankets, dressing table and chair. There is a private en-suite bathroom with a hand shower in the bathtub and a toilet. It has a views of the tennis court and garden. Suite 6 has a queen bed and shares the bathroom across the hall with suite 4. The kitchen in Guesthouse B is a common area of groups of more than 8. It has a breakfast nook, gas stove and electric stove and oven, a second washing machine, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and utensils. There is a TV room in Guesthouse B that is a common area for groups of more than 8. It has a TV, couches and a coffee table. There are 3 TV's on the property with Netflix. Guesthoue B's dining room is a common area for groups of more than 8 and it has a dining table and chairs. The dining table is also a pool table. There is a common lounge area for groups of more than 8. It has a plush carpet. The terrace of guesthouse B is a common area for groups of more than 6. It is next to Guesthouse A. It has a gorgeous undercover entertainment patio with a view of the garden and pool. It also hascurtains, furniture, lounge seats, patio blankets and braai facilities and can be used for functions.
