Breakage Deposit

House Rules
No smoking is allowed inside the house (this includes the smoking of Vaping, Hubbly-Bubbly, etc.)
Arrival time is from 15H00 - 19H00. Please note that late arrivals might incur an extra charge.
Departure is at or before 10h00. Please note that in peak season, check-out time is strictly 10 am to clean the establishment before the next guests arrive. Please note that late departures might incur an extra charge.
Occupancy at any time, for any reason, is limited to the number of persons agreed upon as per your reservation.
No pets or living creatures other than human beings are allowed on the premises unless arranged by Seascapes Accommodations, a pet deposit form is completed, and your deposit is paid. Please this does not apply to service dogs.
Please do not move furniture around on the premises and do not take them outside.
Pool Rules:
Guests make use of the pool at their own risk.
No running, diving, throwing of objects or throwing a person into the pool.
Please note that no other dangerous activities or unhygienic activities, etc are allowed at the pool as well as no glass, littering, or food.
Any Misconduct could result in damage fees.
Please guests are required to make fires only in places provided. Please bear in mind that this is a high wildfire area, thus no unattended fires and no fires during heavy winds.
Please note no noise after 10 pm and before 8 am out of respect for the neighbours, as we are situated in a residential area. Pringle Bay and Betty's Bay are biospheres; the locals will report loud music to the authorities.
When leaving the house at any time, please lock the doors and set the alarm.
In order to prevent possible blockages, please do not dispose of food waste, dangerous liquids, fats, or feminine hygiene items in the toilets, sinks, or shower trays. The property has a septic tank system.
The guest will be held liable for any damages or losses.
