Marine Court 5 is a bright self-catering apartment with magnificent views over Walker Bay, ideally located in the secure Marine Court complex right in the heart of Hermanus. The apartment is positioned on Hermanus’ ‘Golden Mile’, close to restaurants, art galleries, markets and tourist attractions.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed and opens to the balcony. The second bedroom contains a king bed or 2 single beds upon request. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, gas stove and electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. There is also a dining counter with 2 stools. The lounge contains an L-shaped couch and a flat-screen TV. The dining area contains a 4-seater dining table and chairs and has large windows to enjoy the view. The living area opens to a balcony with an outdoor dining counter and 2 chairs, and direct views over Walker Bay.

The apartment is on the first floor of the building and is accessible by both elevator and stairs. It is a safe complex accessed by security code. Secure parking is available in the garage for smaller vehicles.

An inverter has been installed and will power all lights, plugs, TV and Wi-Fi during load shedding. There is a gas hob for cooking. The oven and geyser however are not connected to the inverter.
