We really had a great time. Close to everything and it is safe for the grandchildren to walk around outside and the garden is beautiful and peaceful.
On arrival had frustration with picking up the key at the BP Garage. Key was only given to us just before 16h00 after many calls. With two little ones, we sat and waited in the heat from 14h00. It was mentioned that the time of 14h00 for key is wrong and the unit will not be ready until 15h00 - was not right and was the reason that the previous guests checked out late so we had to wait. When we finally got the key the floors were sticky and I had to go buy cleaning supplies to mop the floor. Apart from the fact that we were not well received, we had a nice stay and the unit itself is very nice.

Hi Debbie, we thank you for staying with us and for your valued feedback.
I am so sorry that you were inconvenienced on the day of your check in, it was a terrible day for us, as we had over 20 departure and arrivals on the same day and the previous guest also decided to check out an hour later than he was supposed to, so it was really difficult to finish the clean in time. We have implemented a system, where late check outs and same day check ins, will be allocated 2 cleaners going forward, so as not to inconvenience the guest. The check in time is 3pm, so I have checked that all correspondence states such, so as not to cause any confusion with future guests.
Regarding the sticky floors, we use an environmentally friendly disinfectant, and I think the cleaner probably used too much, causing the stickiness, so sorry about that. Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. Hope you see you again. Regards, Mandy.
