There was no hot water the first day we arrived.

We had to wait until Saturday 07 October before our water was sorted. We were told that the main switch tripped.

Great location and apartment.

Really enjoyed our stay. Apartment well equipped and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect. The hosts were very helpful and professional.

Great venue but place was very smelly, either dogs or cats had relieved themselves in this particular unit.

I think the place needs a proper deep clean.

My sincerest apologies that your stay wasn't all that you expected it to be. We strive to ensure that every guest's stay is truly memorable. I'm sorry that your stay fell short of our standard.
On investigation, it turned out that the problem was with the plumbing in the showers. We have since removed all the tiling and replaced all the seals and plumbing fittings in the showers. The smell is now gone and the problem is solved.
