Description

Matla Mamba Boskamp is a charming forest camp located on a 7000ha game farm in the Waterberg region of Limpopo. The property is unfenced, which allows wildlife to roam freely around and even graze within the camp's confines.

Nestled on the banks of the Mamba River, the camp consists of 2 perma tents, each with an en-suite bathroom and air-conditioning. The tents are furnished with a double bed and 2 single beds, respectively. The en-suite bathrooms are both fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. An additional bathroom is available upon request and is used for guests camping with their own tents or caravans. Each tent also has a private verandah overlooking the picturesque Mamba River, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee while taking in the serene surroundings.

A central building houses the kitchen and living area. The air-conditioned kitchen is equipped with a walk-in fridge, microwave, and gas stove. A dining table is available on the verandah, while ample seating is provided in the living area. The boma outside is ideal for a campfire under the African night sky.

The surrounding bush offers an array of wildlife sightings, with numerous species of birdlife, monkeys, and other animals commonly spotted in the area. For those wishing to venture out, the local area offers an abundance of attractions and activities, including game drives, guided bush walks, and bird watching.
