Melkbos 16th Avenue is a self-catering family home that is situated in Melkbosstrand. Perfect for a family looking for comfortable lodging, close to the beach and away from the city's hustle and bustle.

The house comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms and is fully furnished for your comfort. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with a queen/double bed, while the fourth room has a double bunk beds for kids. Note no bathtubs. All the rooms have build in cupboards. The living area is open-plan space with a in-door-braai and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen contains 2 fridge-freezers, a microwave, air fryer, an oven with a stove, as well as ample built-in cupboards with other appliances to make use of. This area also has a table to seat 6 guests, a breakfast counter with seating for 4 guests.

It leads out onto a patio with stack doors. The patio has a big comfortable couch and a table to seat 6 guests. Here guests can relax and take a refreshing dip in the splash pool & enjoy the portable outside braai facilities . We also have a trampoline for the kids. Please note there is no sea view.

Parking is available outside on the premises for 2 cars, and Melkbos 16th Avenue is a 3-minute walk to the beach and a short walk to some of the stunning restaurants. The property is also a drive away from various attractions within the West Coast.
