Unit A has a thatched roof and can accommodate up to 8 people sharing. There is a top wooden deck with 3 single beds and 1 double bed, and on the ground level, there is a room with 1 double bed, and the living area is furnished with a single bed. There is a bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided. Other facilities include an indoor braai, pool table, and fireplace, as well as an outdoor braai area next to the unit. All units have a microwave oven, 2-plate stove, complimentary cereal breakfast, and tea- and coffee-making facilities and are suitable for self-catering purposes. Memory Ranch provides safe parking near the units and a trampoline in the garden for kids.

The unit has stairs on the side to the entrance of the unit and a small balcony with views over the farm.
