- Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis. Our prices are based on three people.
House Rules
- Keys: On day of departure please leave your keys in the key lock box and lock the door when you leave the apartment as well as to activate the alarm. You will be charged R350 for not depositing the keys in the designated key box. Breakages and/or shortages will be charged.
- Safety and security: Your safety and security is as important to us as your comfort. We offer a safe and secure facility to our Guests. We do however urge you to take the necessary precautions to secure yourself and your belongings. Always make sure that you lock your vehicle and apartment and that you keep your keys safe and out of sight. The gates open and close with an electronic controller (attached to your room keys). Please close the gate behind you so that outsiders are deterred from entering. Speed limit 15kmph.
- Strictly no smoking and no vaping in the apartment: Your co-operation in this regard will be appreciated. We have a dedicated smoking area and smokers are prohibited to smoke immediately outside the entrance. Please use provided ashtrays and keep area cigarette free.
- Furniture and Equipment: If a guest damage the linen/furniture/appliances in the unit, the guest will be held fully responsible for the cost to repair or replace the damaged goods. Please do not move or remove any furniture and equipment from the apartment.
- Noise Level: MFT Guests are expected to show consideration to our neighbours and fellow guests by keeping noise levels to a minimum. It is not allowed to play music out of any vehicle, unit or stereo systems. Noise timeout is 22:00. No singing or gatherings may be allowed in the apartment or parking area.
- Lost Property: Please ensure to take all personal and valuable belongings on your departure as MFT Guest House and its owners and personnel will not be held responsible for personal belongings left behind. MFT Guest House do not accept responsibility for any injuries, losses and or damages to persons and or personal property or inconvenience due to power failures and / or acts of God.
- No Pets Policy: No pets allowed on property or in apartment.
- Inventory: Please check your apartment’s inventory immediately upon arrival and report any discrepancy or damages.
