Wonderful guesthouse.

Perfect spot for an overnight stay on the way down to the coast.

Cedric was a great host and made contact with us earlier in the day regarding dining arrangements for the evening as we were arriving in Smithfield after 7 pm. The room was spotlessly clean and actually offered more than expected. There was a bottle of milk in the small fridge and some cereal available in the cute little kitchen nook. We had a very relaxed meal at the Greens Pub where Chris served us delicious, freshly made pizzas and ice-cold drinks. The room was comfortable and the shower and toilet were clean and tidy. We could see that a lot of care and thought had been put into each item in the room. We would definitely recommend Migdal Oz as an affordable overnight stop on the way down to the Transkei.
