The first bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower-over-bath, a toilet and a washbasin. The second and third bedrooms each contain a double bed. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a shower-over-bath, a toilet and a washbasin. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, a toaster, and a kettle. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge features a flat-screen TV with Netflix. The guest toilet is off the lounge. A Wi-Fi internet connection is available. Outside, the townhouse has a private braai area. On request, separate pots, pans, glasses, crockery, and cutlery can be provided for Halaal guests. Double garage parking is provided.
