Description

Moiras Guesthouse is a lovely ground-floor apartment of a double-story house situated in Cannon Rocks, offering a comfy stay to a family or group of friends. This property is within easy walking distance, approximately 150 m, of Cannon Rocks' Pipe Beach and Stille Waters swimming beaches.

This apartment can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a kitchen and living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has a shared en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, basin, and toilet. There's also a separate toilet. All linen and towels are provided. The second bedroom has a single bed and a working desk for guests who wish to get their studies done or have work to catch up on. The third bedroom is furnished with ¾ bed and boasts an entrance to the lovely sunroom.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. In addition, there’s also a dishwasher and washing machine for guests’ convenience. It leads out to the living room which is furnished with comfy seating space and a TV.

The living room opens up into the enclosed braai room where guests can enjoy a lovely fire, and have a cosy braai regardless of the weather conditions, rain, or wind. There is a separate sun lounge which is lovely and cuddly warm, especially in the winter months.

Guests are afforded parking on the premises, directly next to the house, covered and behind an electric sliding gate, and have a view over the pretty town.

Dogs are welcome. The apartment is on a spacious property of 900 m² and it has grass and is completely fenced so that animals will be safe.

The guesthouse has a solar and battery system to lessen the impact of loadshedding.
