Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R350 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
For bookings more than 30 days before stay date a booking deposit of 30% on the accommodation amount is payable in advance. The balance of the accommodation amount is payable 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival.
For booking less than 30 days before the stay date, the full accommodation amount is payable in advance.
Arrival times on Saturdays and Sundays are from 11:00 to 17:00.
Departure times on Sundays is by 15:00.
The balance of payments must be done at least 2 weeks before arrival, not on arrival.
The house is bookable as a whole between the 15th of December and the 15th of January for a minimum of 7 nights. During this period there is a R 350 cleaning fee and a R 2000 refundable breakage deposit. During the rest of the year, there is no cleaning fee payable and the refundable breakage deposit is R 350.
