Hi Francois,

I'm sorry you didn't have a pleasant experience and, if possible, I'd like to ensure I understand the reasons why and make amendments where possible.

On the website, in both the description and on the photos, the listing clearly mentions that it has an outside kitchen. In fact, the reason many guests book at our place so they can experience 'living to the outside' making it an entirely unique and special stay. I'll see what I can do to make this detail even more prominent on the site to better manage expectations of future guests.

Secondly we've also amended our printed house manual to include additional phone numbers, besides the contact options supplied by the website, should guests not be able to make contact for whatever reason.

Lastly, I'm sorry about the TV reception. Following your review we've had a look at the DStv dish placement and found that it has grown a bit closed up over the years. We've since had a technician in to move the dish to another location providing much improved reception to those who want to watch DStv over their weekends away. We've also recently signed up with a fibre provider so even Netflix in UHD is something we can now offer on the new Wi-Fi 'mesh' network.
