Description

Mountain Splendour Eco-Resort is a family-owned and operated resort situated on a tranquil farm. The resort is located in the spectacular Champagne Valley region of central Drakensberg, and boasts fantastic views of the majestic peaks.

Accommodation is available in 3 different units as well as the Mini Glamping Tents. The Mini Glamping Tents are furnished with 2 single beds and are equipped with a bar fridge, lights, a microwave and a selection of crockery. These tents have access to either private or shared ablution hot-water facilities that are fitted with a shower, toilet and wash basin.

The other units' bedrooms are furnished with either 2 single beds, a queen-sized bed, a double bed or a tri-bunk bed. The bathrooms are fitted with either a shower or bath, toilet and wash basin. The kitchen is equipped with either a fridge or fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities.

Additionally, the accommodation includes a children’s playground, a swimming pool, tennis and volleyball courts, dartboards and a table tennis table. A favourite for the kids is the extensive animal farms while there are secluded picnic spots, walking trails and a natural pool at the river for those looking for tranquillity. The accommodation has additional campsites on the premises.
