Horrible stay for someone in a wheelchair.

We recently stayed at the Mountain View Guest House in Pretoria. I am very disappointed with the choice of venue. I chose this venue because it said it is wheelchair friendly and there's a braai and a swimming pool. After we booked, the owner told me that we don't have an en suite and we share a bathroom with the rooms that don't have a bathroom. (We were okay with that.) The bathroom also only has a shower. I brought to the lady's attention that my son is in a wheelchair and asked how we were going to shower him. Her response was that she doesn't know because there is a step at the shower. On our arrival, we saw that the swimming pool is under construction. My son's wheelchair didn't fit into the room, so we had to move the beds for it to fit. We also had to put a chair from outside in the shower for my son to sit on and shower. There are no handles for the disabled and also no space for the wheelchair in the bathroom. I feel that a place should not advertise as wheelchair friendly when they clearly are not. You can't just slap a wheelchair friendly logo on the advertisement and think it's wheelchair friendly. I am very disappointed in the choice of venue and advertisement. Definitely not a venue for disabled people or people who want to swim.
