Please be conscious of your noise levels as there are 2 families occupying the property and the next-door neighbours are within close proximity to your outside area.
No noise after 22:00 pm during weeknights and after midnight on weekends.
Gatherings of more than 6 guests on the property are not allowed.
No more than 2 to 3 cars are allowed in the allocated parking area. Please ensure that the driveway is kept open at all times.
Garbage collection day is on Tuesdays. Please ensure all your rubbish is placed in the bin by 8 am as a black bin will be placed outside for rubbish collection. Guests must ensure all rubbish is placed in the black bin outside upon check-out.
