House Rules
- No smoking permitted inside.
- No pets permitted.
- No loud noise or music, parties or events permitted.
- The Lessor undertakes to ensure that the Premises is comprehensively insured and that it remains so insured. However such insurance pertains to contents owned by the Lessor only and not to any of the property or person of the Lessee and/or his/her guests. Such property is brought onto/left at/on the Premises at the risk of the owner thereof
- The Lessor use it best endeavours to ensure that the Premises is maintained in good order and condition, fair wear and tear excepted, bearing in mind that the Premises will be let to third parties for between 10 (Ten) and 12 (Twelve) weeks per annum during which period the Lessor will have no access to or control over the Premises.
- The Lessee indemnifies, holds harmless and waives any claims of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising it may have against the Trust, the trustees and/or Holiday Plett.
- There is limited Wi-Fi available.
