Description

My Piece of Paradise is a self-catering house located in the seaside town of Yzerfontein. This holiday home offers lovely sea views and is the ideal base from which to explore this part of the West Coast.

This double-storey house can accommodate 12 guests and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms and open-plan living and entertaining areas. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath; the second and third bedrooms each contain a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, and the fourth bedroom has 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds and contains a shower en-suite bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen contains a gas stove and oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, crockery and cutlery, including a washing machine and a dishwasher for convenience. The adjacent open-plan living area has a large dining table where guests can share their meals together; a ceramic fireplace, sofas to relax and a TV with full DStv channels. This living area leads out to a covered patio and sheltered braai area.

The house boasts a games room which contains a lounge area, a pool table, a table tennis table, a dartboard, and a jukebox. In addition, the property offers free fibre Wi-Fi Internet access and parking for a maximum of 3 cars. Small to medium-size, well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.

On occasion, ostrich, buck, mongoose, and pheasants roam freely in the fynbos behind the property.
