Nautica 209 is a modern self-catering sea-view apartment located on the second-floor of the Nautica building in Strand. It is approximately 200 meters from the beach, making it an ideal option for a family.

This unit can accommodate up to 4 guests at the same time and comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is comfortably furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The shared bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The unit features a well-equipped kitchen that includes a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer, washing machine, toaster and a breakfast bar with stools. The adjacent living area has a 2-seater dining table, and the lounge has comfortable couches for seating.
