Ndawana River Lodge

Spacious house in a beautiful position. Great views.

We booked Ndana Lodge for a family get-together over a long weekend. We were 7 people and never felt crowded. The bedrooms were all spacious with warm duvets. The kitchen is also big and well-equipped. The deck with the fireplace was the best. Great place to relax, and spot birds and other wildlife. This is a good spot for bird watchers and walkers. Thendi was always close if we needed something. The house could do with a bit of TLC and some towels and the mop need replacing. But all in all, this shouldn't deter anyone from booking.

The venue is beautiful, but house needs repair.

The lodge needs a lot of maintenance. Bathroom fixtures and cleanliness on arrival needs serious work. Dead birds on top of cupboards and woodwork. Weber. Plugs in kitchen loose.

Hidden gem in the Drakensberg.

One for the books! We had a lovely stay! Not only did the adults and kids enjoy themselves, the doggies could not get enough of the river and all the space. Best part: the sound of the river and the view of the mountains while you are on the deck having a braai.
