Nerina Place is a self-catering holiday cottage with a private entrance on the owner’s property which is located in the heart of Fish Hoek. It could be a great option for tourists wanting to explore the Southern Suburbs of the Mother City.
This cottage can comfortably accommodate 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed. A bath is available in the first bathroom, while the second bathroom is fitted with a shower. All linenand towels are provided.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge has comfortable seating and a TV with DStv. For those wanting to get some work done, a work desk and free Wi-Fi are available. There is also solar power so guests are not inconvenienced by power outages.
Outside, guests have access to a private braai area. Guests are afforded parking on the street. The location of this property is close to the beach, restaurants, Clovelly Golf Course, Silvermine Nature Reserve and various mountain hikes.
