- 1 parking space is available right outside the entrance door to the apartment Guests to please make use of this parking only. If there is more than 1 vehicle the 2nd vehicle will need to park in the street.
- There are 2 resident dogs and 2 cats on the property, but they don't have access to the flatlet.
- No smoking permitted.
- No pets permitted.
- Guests need to bring their own beach towels.
